The Franchisor, from their experience, determines the balance of stock items on display in each retail premises. The stockholding will relate to the type and size of premises in question. The bespoke software system provides the Franchisor with complete knowledge of all transactions in real time.
As a consequence, the sale of each item is automatically deducted from stock and a replacement order for all sold items is received daily into the Milton Keynes head office. Stock items are picked from the warehouse and dispatched to each retail outlet on a daily basis.
