It's a full-time job for social individuals who are well organised and not afraid of hard work. No technical skills are required, and previous experience in the property market is not necessary, you simply have to follow a proven, winning formula.
And if you've never run your own business before, don't worry. We'll train you in all aspects of the business and stay with you every step of the way.
We provide everything you need to get you started, including legal and professional training on key issues, great branding, cutting edge software, including lead generation systems, property portals, and full ongoing support.
We'll also guide you through the process to obtain your House Agents / Auctioneers licence. While lettings and property management is our core business, your licence entitles you to sell properties, too.
