The network has grown to 17 offices, with several having annual turnovers in excess of €3 million.

What Does Everycare Do?

Everycare prides itself in providing health and social care staff to private and Local Authority service users in the privacy of their own homes. They also offer qualified Nursing staff to public and private sector organisations, and have a tried and tested business system that successfully develops and takes care of administration of these services.

The Market

The domiciliary care and Nursing services markets are flourishing, and in the UK are estimated to be in excess of £18 billion annually. These markets have also remained generally unaffected during economic swings, since government policy encourages people to remain at home as long as possible. The domiciliary care services requires the franchisee to recruit a team of health and social care assistants that can provide support services to clients so they have a better quality of life in their own home.

The Nursing agency service allows Everycare franchisees to supply Nurses to hospitals, care homes and industry and private service users and contractors. By providing fully trained Nurses registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council means clients are getting reliable service. With the growing population of older Irish residents, Everycare ensures that they are not only "adding years to life," but also focuses on the "quality of those years."

The Everycare Franchise Package

This comprehensive package includes: 

• A comprehensive initial 2 week training course at the Head Office and Premier Franchisees Offices, which will cover all aspects of the business operation and ensure a fast start to the business.

• Training for operators on the operation and use of software.

• Staff training materials.

With guidance on marketing, setting up initial contracts, as well as ongoing staff training and Internet and telephone support during office hours, you will never feel alone! What Is My Role With Everycare?

As a franchisee, you will have a management and administrative role. Your responsibilities include: recruitment of staff to deliver the exceptional care services you provide, organising the workforce, dealing with customers, marketing the business and performing HR functions. The franchisee will also be responsible for training and staff development, and this will include interesting day-to-day experiences and challenges!

What Kind of Investment Do I Need To Make?

The franchise package will cost between €8000 and €25,000 + VAT, dependant on territory size. The total investment will generally be around €60,000, which includes the franchise fee, all start-up costs (including set-up, equipping an office, initial marketing etc.) and necessary cash flow.

A typical offices second year profit, (For a business with a territory of 300,000) would be a turnover of £403,747. Total costs including staff wages and all overheads €322,826 and a net profit of €80,921. N.B. this is based on an existing franchisees audited accounts for their first full accounting year.
