Franchisee Responsibilities

The operational side of the role is very straightforward:

• Open and close the courts during evenings and weekends
• Keep the venue clean, tidy and presentable
• Restock kiosks, lockers and storage
• Be the local ambassador for Padel 100
• Attend PR photos and local media opportunities
• Run optional classes, coaching and community events
• Work alongside the Padel 100 HQ team for support and guidance

Padel 100 handles all admin, payments, bookings and tech — freeing you up to focus on people, community, and driving participation.

You will work closely with our marketing team to: 

• Build a local sponsor list
• Make introduction calls
• Arrange meetings
• Visit local companies
• Share the Padel 100 story
• Present the sponsorship package
• Explain the community impact
• Secure sponsors for your site

Franchisee Requirements

We're looking for sports-minded self-starters who have a love of the game.

If you're open to becoming a certified padel coach and are oganised and connected locally, then you will thrive in this role.

Franchisees are the heartbeat of their local padel community. You will be the one who brings the sport to life:
