About Us
Camile Thai Kitchen is an exciting award-winning restaurant group, offering premium quality Good Mood Thai Food for dine in, collection, takeaway or delivery. Founded by Brody Sweeney in Dublin in 2010, there are now 45 Camile Thai restaurants across Ireland and Northern Ireland, with a further 4 locations in the UK. Within the group, four restaurants are Petite Camile (convenience formats within Circle K forecourts). Camile also recently opened within ‘The Mezz’ at Dublin airport. The Group also has an additional 9 Indian restaurants under the Thindi brand.
Sourcing local produce and working with local producers and chefs is at the heart of Camile’s sustainability and community-focused goals, using only the freshest quality ingredients, cooked to order and delivered in its 100% compostable packaging.
A member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, Camile prides itself on sustainability from store design to waste management and the food that’s served. Each year the team develop concrete goals to positively impact the food system including the introduction of Ireland’s first carbon rated menu in 2022.
Our culinary team has created a diverse menu, with an extensive selection of plant-based options, carbon and calorie counted dishes, as well as regular dish specials. Our delivery model is tailored to maintaining food quality during delivery and our in-store service is optimized to increase the capacity of sales for dine-in, takeaway and collection. Each touchpoint of the customer’s journey has been closely analysed to create a world-class guest experience that leads the home delivery restaurant industry.
Engaging with our Camile community is important for our brand. Due to our efforts in health and sustainability, we’re always trying to get involved in community initiatives that align with our brand values to. Whether it’s Camile yoga in the park, local hikes or in-branch cookery classes, it’s great to get to know our local communities and guests, that share similar values to us.
We put trust in our staff and in our workspaces. We recruit carefully, and it’s our ambition to create a culture of great service, full of inspired staff. This is how we build the best teams. Restaurants run their own driver fleet, while also maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with industry-leading aggregators. This two-tiered approach to delivery gives us a significant advantage over our competitors.
