Our Objective: Fully Covered Within Approximately Three Months

Our strategy is to progressively cover every suitable franchise location, giving our operators the opportunity to build a genuine year-round padel business.

Once a franchisee takes over a location, our intention is to arrange the cover-planning/site assessment process within the first month.

Subject to site suitability, supplier availability and installation schedules, our target is to have the courts fully covered within approximately three months of takeover.

Padel 100 takes responsibility for the underlying court and cover infrastructure.

The Padel 100 Model

A typical independent two-court covered padel development can require substantial upfront capital before the first customer ever plays.

The Padel 100 model is different.

For a typical two-court franchise:

• €2,500 per court per month
• €5,000 total monthly licence
• Three months upfront: €15,000

You can potentially step into a ready-made two-court Padel 100 business without having to purchase the courts or covers yourself.

That gives ambitious operators the opportunity to enter the padel market while avoiding much of the capital expenditure, development risk and waiting time normally associated with opening a new club.

• Licence: €2,500 per fully covered court, per month.

Franchise Terms & Operator Opportunity

Agreement Term

Each Padel 100 operator agreement is structured as a 10-year licence, with a break option after the first two years and further agreed review points thereafter.

Licence Fee

The current licence fee is €2,500 per month per fully covered court. Our objective is to progressively move locations to fully covered courts, giving operators a stronger year-round business opportunity.

Deposit

Operators pay the equivalent of three months’ licence fees upfront as a security deposit.

Typical Location

Most opportunities are expected to be based around two-court locations, giving an individual operator, couple or small business team a manageable local business to run. A smaller number of three-court locations may also be available.

Ongoing Support

Padel 100 provides the underlying location, courts, national brand, booking infrastructure and ongoing head-office support. Operators benefit from marketing guidance, systems, operational support and being part of the wider Padel 100 network.
