'So good to be back': David Beckham wastes no time in returning to the gym as Lockdown 2.0 ends... after documenting his home workouts
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the former footballer, 46, posed in a branch of F45 Training and penned an excited caption about being back in action.
Showing his muscles in a grey vest, he posed in front of the logo and penned: 'So good to be back with the @f45_training community'.
David certainly looked to be back in an exercise emporium in the snap.
Pulling his smouldering half smile, he seemed to be dripping in sweat yet still managed to keep his hair expertly styled after the workout.
Many Brits are rejoicing as gyms were ready to throw their doors open again after being shutdown during the near-month long lockdown.
Last month, David's wife gave an insight into the gruelling work in Casa Beckham on Tuesday as she filmed shirtless husband David getting stuck in at the gym.
While the former Spice Girl, 46, stayed behind the camera she filmed David expertly performing a handstand while they enjoyed a couple's workout at home.
Naturally as a sportsman, David is a fitness enthusiast while Victoria proved she more than keeps up with them as they worked out together.
Showing off her husband's ripped physique, she shared the video as he held the handstand for an impressive amount of time.
She added a caption over the top reading: 'Early morning workout with my husband', before adding an arrow and writing: 'And this is impressive'.
In a nod to her own love of fitness, last year Victoria launched an exercise line with Reebok, which she frequently plugs across her social media channels.
Victoria previously detailed her morning routine can be, as she revealed last year: 'I get up quite early, around 6am, and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up...
'Then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school. I'll then fit in another hour's workout before I go to the office.
'I'm very disciplined, I have to be. It's really the only time in the day I get to myself. No one comes into the gym, no one follows me in there with a laptop.
'If I'm standing in the kitchen for too long, then laptops will come floating in my direction. Someone always wants something approved, something signed off. Other than the children no one dares come into the gym'.
She revealed part of her morning is taken up with making the kids' breakfast, including puréeing avocados for her 15-year-old son Romeo’s avocado toast.
Speaking to Grazia, she added: 'I get up, do half my workout, take the kids to school in my workout gear, then go back and finish off my workout before I go to work.'
