James Cahill purchased the Hotel Express Master Franchise for Ireland at the beginning of 2006. He initially established a small direct marketing office from which Hotel Express sold the Hotel Express membership into Ireland. In addition, the office, located in Sandyford, County Dublin, carried out all hotel recruitment, hotel liaison, and administration and provided the free members reservation service.
Such was the level of Hotel Express International membership satisfaction that many of the Irish members referred not only their colleagues but also their friends. The current membership renewal rate is in excess of 90% and of course it is this high level of membership satisfaction and renewal that leads to a successful profitable long term business.
When the opportunity arose to take over the distribution of the Hotel Express Gold cards into the United Kingdom, James wanted to build on his successes in Ireland and jumped at the opportunity. Hotel Express Ireland now markets into Ireland and into the much larger UK market as well.
Hotel Express Ireland is now working on direct sales and also on some much larger membership deals as well.
