PuriFry Managing Director Carey Baxter is enthusastic about the benefits of discovery meetings “The interest in PuriFry and our fryer management service has been fantastic, and meetings such as we held earlier today give interested parties the opportunity to discuss the business in detail, and ask any questions that they feel are relevant.
"Learning about a franchisor and its business model is an essential part of investigating any franchise, and with a group discussion of 10 individuals you can be pretty certain most topics will be covered!”
PuriFry Franchisees Philip Breslin and Fergal Toland also joined the meeting, giving feedback and answering queries on their experiences to date in this vast unserviced market.
On the response Carey commented “The feedback has been fantastic from the guys that attended the meeting, and with them having had the opportunity to meet franchisees first hand, ask any questions they wish, and look over a service van. We are confident that all the guys left with a good understanding of what fryer management offers to the market, and what PuriFry could offer them as franchisees.”
Purifry, who have recently been SAFEcontractor accredited, use their systems to enable their franchisees to reduce costs for their customers through on-site micro filtration of their cooking oil and extending its usable life, whilst improving cleanliness, health and safety and reducing waste.
With huge interest in its beneficial services Northern Ireland based PuriFry is expanding across Ireland as a whole, and with interest from caterers across the country in its cost reduction service this is one business that aims to, and succeeds in, resisting the economic downturn.
