We also have a unique Buy Back service to suit people who need cash in a hurry. We buy the item and allow them 28 days to buy it back for the price they got for it plus our fee.
Who are we looking for?
A CASH ENCOUNTERS franchise is a full-time job for social individuals with integrity who are well organised and not afraid of hard work. No technical skills are required, and previous experience in retail is not necessary—you simply have to follow a proven, winning formula.
You’ll need suitable premises – ground floor-- minimum 800 sq.ft with big windows in a busy location which has good footfall. The more window and floor space you have the more items you can display and sell.
And if you’ve never run your own business before, don’t worry. We’ll train you in all aspects of the business and stay with you every step of the way.
What does it cost?
The initial fee to operate a CASH ENCOUNTERS franchise varies between €85,000 and €100,000 depending on the location. You’ll need another €25,000 for working capital. The fee includes the right to trade under the CASH ENCOUNTERS brand name for an initial term of five years with an option to renew for a further five years.
All franchisors charge a management fee or royalty as a way of providing funds to give you ongoing support and make a profit for themselves. We charge 6 per cent of gross earnings plus a 2 per cent marketing fee, paid weekly.
